(Registration/Tuition/Book/After-Before Care School Rates)

For the purpose of this tuition policy, a “parishioner” is one who (1) is registered with the parish (2) participates in the worship, work and life of the parish family; and (3) contributes to the financial support of the Church by regular use of the Church offertory collection envelopes (minimum weekly offertory maintained at $18/week beginning June 2011).  You may include this in your FACTS Management Program.  The tuition program is based on a 12-month payment plan.

2011 – 2012 School Fees

 

Registration Information

 

For all families of children in the school (Preschool – 8) a NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee of Two Hundered twenty-five Dollars ($225) is due at the school meeting on Tuesday, May 3, 2011.  If you already made payment before the re-registration deadline, this fee is satisfied.

 

 

After School Program (9 month payment program)

 

$205.00 per month/per child with the program starting in September 2011 through June 2012.

            ($1845.00 yearly)  A Registration Fee of $50/per child shall be paid in May at the school

            meeting.  If you only prefer Before-care the cost is $5.00/morning per child.  (7am-7:45am)

 

Other Activities

 

Since the Annual June Fair & Christmas Bazaar help reduce tuition costs, ALL School parents are Required to work once a year four hours per family at the June Fair and two hours per family at the

Christmas Bazaar.  A $200 fee is required to those families who do not wish to work the June Fair.

A fee of $100 is required to those families who do not wish to work the Christmas Bazaar.

 

 

Financial Information

 

Termination of contract or withdrawal from school after June 30, 2011 will result in one month’s forfeit of tuition.

Termination or withdrawal from school after August 1, 2011 will result in one month’s forfeit of tuition and book fee payment.
